Part of Okla. expressway P3 contract awarded to AECOM/Duit Development
The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority awarded a contract price almost $261 million for development and financing on the west leg of the Gilcrease Expressway to an AECOM and Duit Development Co. partnership that can present almost $125 million in short-term financing, Tulsa World stories.
